Our personal care services are based on the specific needs of your loved ones and help maintain their level of independence. We assist seniors with their activities of daily livings (ADLs) which includes:

Jamaa Private Home Care caregivers are fully screened and trained to safely get you to and from various destinations in your everyday life. Whether you have weekly appointments or just regular everyday errands, JPHC is here for you. These services includes but not limited to:

• Doctors, dental, dialysis or therapy appointments

Respite Care

Focuses on the client’s loved ones and family caregivers. A break away from the routine of caring for others allows the caretaker to rest and re-energize. Respite in-home care services for elderly individuals who require constant care and supervision. In other instances, very little respite care may be needed.

Dementia Care

Caring for people with Dementia can be challenging especially in the later stages. Our specialized trained caregivers are there to help with medication management, maintain routine household chores, safe and clutter free environment, and social interaction to reduce feelings of loneliness and depression.

Nursing Services

At Jamaa Private Home Care, we understand that quality care leads to more meaningful doctors visits. Our licensed visiting staff consists of registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) who are knowledgeable and highly skilled. They’re there to help facilitate communication and report any problems or progress to the client’s loved one or to their personal physician. Our nursing services includes:

• Nursing assessment & individualized care plan

• Medication teaching
